First Week Update

Hello Team Moore,

Wow! I cannot believe we have made it through our first full week of school already! I can tell that I am going to have a lot of fun with this group and can't wait to see what they accomplish this year. Your students had a lot thrown at them this week but handled it with excitement and were motivated to do their best! Be on the lookout for their Friday Journals this afternoon to read about some of the things they did this week.

The first homework packet will be coming home this afternoon. There is a cover sheet that will need to be signed once the student has finished their work. The packet will be due NEXT THURSDAY 8/15. Included in the homework packet is a spelling list (with activities). Their spelling test will be NEXT FRIDAY 8/16. Please let me know if you or your child has any questions about their homework. I will be going over the packet with your students this afternoon so they should have a good idea about what they need to do. You can send me an email or write me a note with any questions you or your student may have.
